dear protest krne ka main reason just ye hai k jinki UC me vacancies nhi thin. waha k top candidates se 10% taluka seats k lie files q nhi li gyin...as RSU nentioned this condition for JSTs...or baqi koi reason nhi hai...q k obviously jitne candidates pass hue hen sb ko to job nhi d ja sakti hai...
