Dear, hardly Rs.500 are enough for documents varification. if they are saying you to submit in the bank on the name of controller BISE than it is all right, otherwise these clerks are making illwill money. Do complain to higher authorities.

Bhai jitne pese submit krwane ko keh rahe hen krwaden koi zarurat nahi he higher authorities se bat krne ki time waste hoga. abhi tk fair chal raha h process to bharosa rakhen.
