You should read caravan aptitude book or any good book of GK and keep reading /watching newspapers for current affairs. for English "exploring the world of English" by saadat Ali Shah or English with a difference book. repeat the basics of grammar from any good book. regarding your second query 2nd class or equivalent is required.
