i am also agree to mr. jameel that no passing criteria and only toppers will be called for interview and in FPSC also same criteria that 1 3rd rule is applied means for one seat 3 to 4 candidates will be called for interview ........

as a commerce graduate/ Master you should focus on following subjects:-
1. Introduction to business
2. Introduction to Marketing
3. All branches of accounting( Cost Accounting , Manegerial accounting specialy, Financial Accounting).
