can anyone give training details? where and how long?? plus pay? and LOCATION of appointment?

My one cousin was in rangers, and he says its the most horrible job :/

He says that ALL except 2 or 3 of his batch mates left rangers due to tough duties, low pay and no chance of promotions... and first 4-5 yrs you will be posted in border area with no additional pay for ardous duty.

but still i am interested to apply. so can someone guide accordingly?

yes ur cousin is absolutely right, but girls have some privileges in force jobs i-e no tough duty is offered to girls. and if your are tough, then go through this job.

have you left asf job .and how were you selected in asf through fpsc or direct requirement .when new post will be announced in asf .

yes saima i have left asf job, there is no direct recruitment in asf for officer ranking posts. i was selected as deputy assistant director after passing fpsc written test as well interview. in interview there were three members, 2 from fpsc and one from brigadier rank officer of asf. and there are now rare chances of new jobs in asf.

Hi every one here, I am new here, and just made an account here to let you guys know about my experience in the recruitment of Pakistan Ranger sindh.

I read the vacancies advertisement in the news paper, so I went to the recruitment center on the mentioned date. when I got there it was like around 5 thousand people already waiting there. There were no proper arrangements like to wait for your turn and get in. I stayed there for 5 hours but the weather was very hot and didn't get a chance to submit my documents that day so I came back home thirsty hungry and mentally depressed as I said there was no proper arrangements,
The next day I went there and submit my documents for the SI post but it was an easy environment not like yesterday. then the next day it was the physical test I run for 7 minuts and cover 1.8 km distance and the chinups . any way in short I pass the physical test . HURRAH
Then the next day we had the written test and trust me guys it was really easy like a 10 class student can do it in 20 mnts. so I passed it too and got good marks in it.
then it was the medical test and I was fit .
Finally it was an interview a day after tomorrow.
I went to the interview it was a lieutenant conl interviewing candidates . I don't wanna go in details what he ask me and what I said, but any way it was good conversation between me and him.
After the interview we were expecting the result an hours later because this what they said before that the merit list will be on the same day of interview
but they told us that u will be informed after 15 days don't know what ever was the reason.
