Default Dual Domicile / PRC Rules
1. BY which law, rule or act dual domicile or PRC is a crime any reference from book / page please inform.
2. Please refer a book page / law / rule regarding whether three years waiting after cancellation of 1st domicile is necessary for getting other Province / city domicile or not?

Moreover, is it possible to find out whether a candidate has multiple domiciles? I don't think that these records are computerized.

You can check and verify Domicile of Punjab online at: http://domicile.punjab.gov.pk/ From January to date..
Moreover all domiciles are computerized from 2012.
Please, if you get reply to your first question, kindly address me same to my email (on my profile), however you can easily find Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1952 online on Google in .PDF format, its very useful.

I will refer rules later but at first to get domicile one need to live at that place for a period of 5 years . But you can get domicile when you come in to new district and have some type of job bond to stay there for a period more then 5 years . I will check for answer and then will reply back soon .

Thanks.. what about the domiciles obtained before 2012.. Will they ever get computerized? What is the procedure of cancelation of one?
