As a general rule,increasing the length of assessment will increase RELIABILITY of results.
Choice of item format is a major source of VALIDITY OF TEST.
Systematic process of collecting and analysing data in order to make decision is called EVALUATION.
APTITUDE tests are invented to measure an individual potential to achieve,in actually they measure present skills or abilities.

Please share some more questions.

bhai IB didn,t conduct test.... sindhtestingservice conduct the test ...you may go in website and see the list of candidate...

Sindh Testing Service has uploaded sample paper for Head Master and list of candidates for other posts of Education and Literacy department on its website.I think there is collaboration of Sukkur IBA and Sindh Testing Service.

signatory authority on test slips is registrar IBA

therefore in evidence of Law ,the registrar IBA is responsible authority on behalf of Sindh Govt

All dear friends, it is for your kind information that Sukkur Institute of Business Administration, Sukkur has established its testing service like NTS, PTS etc. Its complete name is "SIBA TESTING SERVICE" in short it is written "STS".

Here is proof, while I personally also know it, because one of my relative works there.
