Default Seniors guidance required regarding pcs 2013
I received pcs 2013 marks sheet today , I m failed in Islamic history while total marks are 600 , qualifications marks required are 450, ....according to the cce rule if aggregate is more than passing score and all compulsory subjects are passed then considered pass in css and pcs.
So , I need seniors guidance in this regard..should I pursue my case??

I don't know about PCS but this rule is changed in CSS, now one must pass all the optional subjects as well.

No you should not pursue your case because it is mandatory to pass all the papers with 450 plus in total.
If you have failed in any paper (descriptive or essay etc.) it means party is over.
Wait for 2 to 3 years for the announcement of new PCS and then wait for another 1 or 2 years for papers and other formalities.
