First of all spsc will conduct Screening test of 50mcqs (negative marking).
Screening pass candidates will go through for three papers
1. Sindhi/Urdu Essay
2. English Essay
3. GK paper (100mcqs no negative marks)
Physical then final interview. No psychometric tests bro.

First step; Screening test
Second step; 3 papers
third step; Physical
fourth step; Interview.

Intermediate level. 200-300 words. Mein ne khud aik page ka sindhi essay likha tha sachal sarmast pe.

Well I don't need to because I am not applying but my brothers are. And if this is the case then that's good for them. They need some tweaking from Army.
