Kya Supreme court ka ye fesla final he, I mean esa na ho ham CCE - 13 ki tayari karen, or pata chale ke judgment cancel hogae? plz clear this point since I do not know such typical law matters?

No Bro. If you go through the judgement only those aspirants will be allowed who appeared in the written exam of CCE 2013 not the one who passed screening test.

Read this: 28,000 persons applied. A “screening test” comprising of
multiple choice questions (or MCQs) was conducted on December
28, 2014 and 3,375 applicants passed this test

Only 2,813 candidates who had earlier taken the written tests of CCE-2013 for the 182 posts be permitted to take the fresh written tests

The ruling of Apex Court is final since there is no superior Court to it so it can't be challenged or appealed against, it can only be reviewed by the same court in case of any typo.... So pull your socks and get ready for battle it is now game on for warriors

Today asked this from a district Majistrate, he says that the Supreme Court's judgment is always final. No any clause of constitution can challenge the Supreme Court's decision. So we should start our preparation

I was wondering do we have to fill forms again ? And can we change optionals now ? Any idea regarding this.?

can anyone please explain me this in a bit easy way as i was totally in touch with all css and pcs news these days???
what happened and what to do next??
p.s. i qualified the screening test and appeared in cce 2013
