You are telling that the Supreme Court's judgment is incorrect. If it was so, how your advocate the great, could not not prove it in court? Whose fault is that? What are you saying on third point! I was not expecting this from you? You meant if your degree does not get cashed, you will tear it, burn it and finish it? Have we learnt this from our institutions? Now tell me who can be shamed and pity? (I am not executing this to those who came on merit). |

Stop this blame game here. What proof do you have that the person in question paid whatsoever amount ? Were you with him ? No more beating about the bush or this thread is going down. JazakAllah

This is for all.
Imagine you were the qualifier who lost his appointment just because there were some people who, supposedly, came through illegal means. Wouldn't you want that those responsible for such huge loss of yourself be punished instead of putting you at misery ? Wouldn't you want them out ? The thing is there is really no proof about it. There were irregualritites, there is no denying that but if courts had proof of malpractice, as depicted here in many posts, then why didn't the Honourable court put those criminals behind the bars ? Just ask yourself, if you lost your precious struggle of 4 years in just 4 months of trial without proof of malpractice, wouldn't you protest ? Protesting for justice is their right so let them protest and file for review. Stop taunting them or demoralizing them. We don't know what would happen next so why fight with each other ? I morally support every qualifier because many deserving candidates lost their jobs and other numerous opportunitites for the sake of this unfortunate exam. JazakAllah

About judgement and our cousel i would say we were not heard properly.Only 3,4 hearings were not sufficiant to make our points. Secondly, sindh govt didnot defend us adequately because we were not from its lot. I was surprised to see u telling me that we didnt learn anything from our nstitutions because we set degrees on fire. Cute kid! degrees dont teach anything at all. These are mere pieces of papers which everbody needs to get a job.Its education which makes us man not degreed. And its my education that i am replying u softly after ur personal attacks. Education teaches me how to make an argument rather than raising my voice... Well, end of discussion from my side in this thread. Can't entertain allegations anymore. Best of luck to all For CCE 2013.
