These all things are based on hearsay. If the court had such proof those culprits would have been behind bars by now. And stop saying they can do it again. No same candidate can make it to the final list everytime, no matter how competent he/she is. There are many factors involved. Just because written failures get to have another go, doesn't mean it is a just decision. You may call it a historic decision(because its unprecendented) but not a just decision. Objection my lord! with due respect I strongly dont agree with you. If a candidate is really competent, he will not only pass but can score more as compare to previous one. So everyone has capacity of same chance. Some qualifiers are still crying over spilt milk and they put their degrees on fire. How sad!! My lord! I am not sating all qualifiers are culprits, but if only "one" qualifier is culprit, is injustice to all of guys who are out of game. My lord! In Quran (5:30), it is said by Allah Tabarak Watallah that whosoever killed a person. It shall be as if he had killed whole mankind. Similarly, injustice with even one candidate, is shall be as if it has injustice to all candidate. |

Not necessarily. Many CSS toppers in one year failed next year. http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-dates...-2015-too.html The second point is exactly what I stated in my earlier post that those involved in malpractice should be punished and not all of them. I'm saying the same thing that if there were candidates who were involved in malpractice, they should have been punished and not all of the candidates. About candidates who top one exam in one year are not necessarily supposed to top the same exam again. I shared a few instances too through that thread. Competent authority has given additional charge of chairmanship to one of its remaining members - Ghulam Shabir Shaikh - to look after financial matters of the institution.
It would further delay all the upcoming exams supposed to be conducted by spsc. I do not think Govt could be able to finish the selection process of members and permanent chairman in one month Apart from this, review is also going to be filed against spsc verdict causing more delay to get started the process of cce retake. Anyhow Good luck everyone |
