PCS/CCE2013 in jeopardy of null & void by Supreme Court
 

Hello friends, we should dessimenate the current updatings of SPSC, everyone is in quandary about the appointments.


PCS/CCE2013 has been null and void by the apex court. All members have resigned including Chairman Saleem Bhanwar. Also in accordance with the recent high court's decree, the viva voce of CCE2013 has been null and void because of the ramapnt corruption. In the meanwhile, Justice Jamali has also intricated that all records of the recent appointments under ineligble chairman be presented before the apex court.One of my cousins and another relative, both have been allocated in AC & SO repectively. They are also of the view that their is possibility of berefet that their efforts would be all in vain if such things to get happened. I discussed this matter with a very highly qualified advocate, he is of the view that since the Chairman was illegally appointed, all the appointments including his official transgression in his period are to be no longer funtioned in accordance with the decree of the apex court. Further he says that the process of appointments will continue from the start where previous Chairman left his office. It means their is possibility that SPSC will conduct CCE2013 exam either from the written part or from the screening again. So friends, this is the current news. I want to know your views?

dear if this is the case then i think,only the screening test of cce2013 would be valid.

Written again conduct hoga kyun kay Agha Rafiq was sole responsible till the screening result, further proceeding incompetent chairman kay under huein, yay to poray pcs from very begging null and void hy , nhi to written exam dubara conduct kiya jaay, supreme court ka jo bhi decision aay ga us k baad , hum application submit krwaien gay , in court.

Han inshallah we will case a file that screening should remain same till the agha rafique or the whole process should be initiated from the beginning. After all it is a sensetive issue and matter of serious concern to the future of Sindh.

It is a good news. I am one of the not- allocate candidate in minority. They neither maintained minority quota nor women.

Dear u have been propagating a totally fake news.Nothing has happened to CCE 2013 and other appointments by chairman bhanwer.Yet,supreme court has ordered only to present the list of recommendees by bhanwer.
Hopefully ,things will settle down in upcoming hearings.Chairman and some members have resigned due to ineligiblity and now sindh govt has to reconstitute the commission.There are rare chances of cancelation of all appointments by ineligible chairman because the candidates have passed through all legal procedures required to select a candidate for a certain post.

How can SC cancel all recruitment during Bhanwar's tenure??
 

I think it will be injustice to those who worked hard and selected on merit...
On the other side it is also injustice with young talents of Sindh due to nepotism, favouritism..

So there should be a midway...

Getting qualified legally in your sense under illigal honcho chairman is all patrified that you are unaware about surrounding what is going on in the meanwhile. Ultimate authority is the apex court which will do the justice of legalness PCS exam in near future. The supreme court will not let go the furtive attempts of blue eyed candidates in the SPSC.
