Wrongly ascertained! That stay order was for Doctors - who lodged case against SPSC - after alleged corruption in interview in Sindh High Court.

CCE -2013 is irrevocable because there is no court in Pakistan - superior to Supreme Court - to overturn its decision. And, review petition filed by qualifiers was also rebuffed.

Hence, exam will be conducted for sure.
