Although it is not decided but it might be retaken in the last months of this year.

It is not a piece of bad news because all those who worked hard to pass the exam are now waiting for justice. I personally know the guys who burnt midnight oil to surpass this exam.
I myself was the victim of injustice and was failed in aggregate. I did my my best in Islamic History paper but was not awarded marks of altered questions which were changed during the paper. I got good marks in my css attempts in the same paper.

Be positive and pray for those who are struggling to achieve what they deserved for. It is not a one day game to be allocated in civil service but it takes a long and dedicated effort of many years.

Sir when we get started the preparation and thus manage tempo. Right away so called bad news arises. We are like in between sailing two boats. The one feet on a one boat and the second at the other. Some times we feel we will sail through in the retake boat and some times our leg is pulled by the qualifiers. Now sailing on two boats at the same time, has put us in trouble.

Though I am not a law expert yet I think review time is over as far as Supreme Court's decision is concerned. One can review within a month only. However it looks impossible that decision will be over turned even if the review petition is filed and accepted.
There fore start your preparation if you are going to appear for CCE-2013.
