This is section 114 of CPC and it does not apply to SC judgements. SC has its own rule- supreme court rules 1980. And according to it any aggrieved party can review SC's decision within 30 days of the pronouncement of judgement.

You are mistaken brother. Sindh govt has always done decisions beyond merit. They dont like any fair and honest person on high profile seats. Yes PPP is planning to go for election by distributing jobs amongst their coalition partners and supporting lords. No merit can be observed in the jobs being filled through departmental committees.

High profiles jobs are the real target of PPP. They want to hire their own peopple so that they can use them in future at any stage. Your analysis in this regard is beyond reality. PPP is even not afraid of the people protesting on roads.

Historically Indus river is known as Mehran river. you will also find hakro river as its old name.
