Exclamation Inspector Excise and Taxation

Dear all member please raise the voice against direct recruitment of Excise and Taxation Inspector. Other provinces recruits Inspector through PCS but Sindh Government recruits directly. So please start the compaign to stop direct recruitment. Share the views in Electronic, Print, and Social Media. Force the court to suo moto action.

Post Agreed.

Yes, we should raise our voice to stop doing direct recruiting, it's not going to work for us. It will only do political recruitments.

Default There should be some recruitment test and transparency in the test.

Federal Government fills vacancies of BPS-16 and above by FPSC test. Vacancies which are below BPS 16 are filled by respective departments through recruitment test conducted itself or via any testing body such as NTS/OTS/PTS.

Does anyone know what are the rules Sindh Government follows for filling vacancies below BPS-16?

Same process is implemented by the Sindh government.
Folks, almost all posts have been upgraded while the notification for Up gradation of Inspector Excise has not been issued deliberately by the authorities, just to appoint jiyalas directly ignoring the competitive examinations. Because if they conduct competitive examination, they have to fill at least half of the vacant positions on merit.

This requires immediate filing of CP in the Sindh High Court and also the candidates should write to Chief Justice Sindh High Court for taking suo motto that all such posts should be filled through SPSC....This however, needs will and resources..Sole solution

Sadly nothing can be done.... All departments have legal cover about such scenarios. All departments have legislative right to recruit employees below BPS 16. Unless this statusqou can be altered in assemblies by proper law making process, courts can not take any action about said condition. And, as some one pointed out above, it is not in the favor of the incumbent govt. of Sind to take any such step.

It is best for aspiring candidates to prepare for CSS and PCS or other vacancies which are above Grade 17 where chances of 'direct bharti' is still difficult and hence merit is prevailing to some extent.

Don't loose heart and Don't waste time on these jobs... Aim Higher.

Dear Members,

Nothing is going to happen, until we through out these corrupt politicians from our system. Don't lose hopes and try to excel in private sector.
