Oh I see! It means the SPSC is that bad that it knew well of its incapability that it just sponsored an ad to give lollypop the deprived candidates. Besides, it was a tactic to pro-counter the suo moto of the SC jurisdiction. It has nothing to do with the age of candidates who are running at last months being eligible and also many candidates might have been over age. How ironically bad it is! Sindh province is left and put into darks deliberately. If we compare the petformance of Sindh govt in every field, will found it far far laging behind all the province.
