The optionals I chose are

Islamic history 1
Islamiat
journalism / sociology

seniors guide which subject is more scoring journalism / sociology.

I'd request Ali Mallah and other seniors please elaborate this requirement ? i've done my bachelors from KU i do have a date mentioned on my marksheet. is it the date of the announcement of the result? is it enough ? or there's a different certificate for it and i have to apply for it from the university ?

Well it's nothing but your bachelor's degree as the degree contains the date you don't need to submit any other thing, they just have to check that you have got your bachelor's degree before closing date of advertisement.
