@Adeela.... on correct answer, you will be awarded 2 marks whereas on wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted , not 25% of the total mark as assumed from your comment....

bhai ap ek bar phir spsc ki website py notification dekh len
wahan 1 mark nhi 0.5 mark likha h
yani 2 wrong answer ek number deduct karengy

Elementary level mathematical word problems (Urdu / Hindi) -Problem 23 in yoututbe find it -- and visit yellow thumbnail channel

In all the recent tests where 0.5 negative marking was applied, did spsc deducted 1 complete mark on wrong answer or just 0.5...? I got it confirmed from few applicants who appeared in that tests that 1 complete mark was deducted though most of them thought it otherwise in the beginning.... that's a big question and need to be confirmed !

Dear bro, deduction of 1 complete mark would be unfeasible as each question carries 2 marks. Moreover, in almost every institute each incorrect question results in the deduction of 0.25 marks. But here as each question carries 2 marks so obviously 0.5 marks will be deducted. So there is nothing to be worried about this.

For sure, you are right. For each incorrect answer 0.5 marks will be deducted.

Dear I appeared for the Inspector (Investigation) test recently conducted by the SPSC and there were 2 marks for every correct answer and -.5 mark (negative point five) was deducted for every wrong answer
