Dear friends i consulted with several lawyers as well as judges regarding petition in high court to Recheck paper from outside of commission , well every one gave me positive response that article 190 gives us right to take this issue , we don't make allegations against spsc but only say unintentional mistake by checker.
So, those who thinks that wrongly made them failed , come forward and become part of petition . Specially English essay as well as others too.
i am going to submit the petition on Saturday in which only claim that my or our copies may be rechecked from outsiders not the whole candidates.

I am one of the candidates in CCE-2013l; flunked in English Essay by 2 Marks. Therefore, I wan to recount/revaluate my write-up with due consideration.

While taking the English Essay paper, the series of the answer copies having serial numbers were vague and not clear. It is possible our answer copies have likely been interchanged.


Besides, it is worth mentioning that I have qualified essays twice in CSS exam conducted by Federal Pubic Service Commission in 2013 & 2014 consecutively; once in ISI (MoD) conducted by NTS, once in ASI (Police) conducted by SPSC & once in CCE-2013 (Previously) but the SPSC has failed my well English Essay! Even though I secured good aggregate overall,May be there is a cleric/human error while compiling the result due to vague serial numbers as stated above. It is, therefore, highly requested to the victim candadatew fight for right.

I am also going to file a petition against injustice has been done with me in Ethics &Physchology paper. I have been failed by single mark.

If one has attempted same topic in CSS (Grate Nations win without fighting) & secured 44 marks. Whereas, the same topic is attempted in CCE13 that fetched 15 marks. Then, What does it mean?

I passed all subjects but failed in aggregate. SPSC's marking criteria seems pathetic and unjustifiable. Mostly same candidates have qualified the exams because of unjustiable marking bifurcation.

For example, in some subjects i.e Islamic History 1 and 2, Physiology, & Public Administration, marks are alloted less than 80 and 70 while in other subjects like Sindhi Lit, psychology, commerce, Econimics, etc. marks are generously given to canididates (100+). This is sheer discrimination.

I got 56 marks in Islamic History 1 and 76 in paper 2, though my both papers were attempted superably. In fact, I got 129 marks in CSS Islamic History Papers (64+65).

And in G.K paper I was expecting 100+ but I was shocked to see that I got just 51 marks.

Another example is of a girl who is doctor. She got only 5 marks in Physiology and in English Essay she received 33 marks and Sindhi Essay 40. She failed only in Physio paper.

I wrote applications for recounting 20 days ago. However, no action of recounting is taken yet, because they are still on the table of clerks.

It shows how careless SPSC is in terms of marking criteria.

Even if you have scored more marks ,in recounting they will say there was nothing found in recounting and will conceal the truth
