Kindly guide me whether the hardcopy will be sought by SPSC for CCE 2019, since I have to apply for 'Character Certificate' at my university and it takes quite some time to arrange that.

Dear Ayesha the hard copy is not required at this initial stage. It is also written on the online submission application form that do not submit hard copies of the form at initial stage. Just apply online and keep safe the original challan with you until the screening test or further action thanks

But obviously these will be required at later stage may be after screening test

Posts are not mentioned this time. test is expected in the end of this year.

kindly clear me, if only online form would be entertain then how we can send documents and challan, as spsc instructions again and again said??

in the "PROCEDURE, SYLLABUS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO THE COMBINED COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION"

point number 9 states that :

The following documents must be sent along with the application form:-

1.A Certificate from the University that the candidate has passed the Degree Examination.

2.Certificate from the Controller of Examinations of the University showing the exact date of the announcement of the result.

3.Matriculation or Secondary School Certificate issued by the concerned Board showing the date of birth.

4.Domicile Certificate from the concerned Authority of the District to which the candidate belongs.

5.Permanent Residence Certificate (Form-D) of the candidate himself/herself as required under Rule 7 of the Sindh Permanent Residence Certificate Rules 1971 for the purpose of recruitment to Public Service in Sindh.

6.The candidate must upload latest passport size photo with white background facing camera directly with both eyes open and full face in view.

7.The following Character Certificate in case the candidate is not a Government Servant:-
A. From the Principal or Academic Officer of his/her University or College or School last attended, and,
B. From two responsible persons who are well acquainted with him/her in and not connected with his/her University or College or School.

8.In the case of those Government Servants who come in the category of para 8 iii(b) a certificate from the Head of Department or Office showing that he/she has atleast four years Government Service at his/her credit on 1st of September, of the advertisement year.

point 11. the application form together with all the required documents and a copy of Treasury Challan should reach the Commission Office at Hyderabad within 15 days after the closing date.

point 15. A candidate shall not be admitted to the examination hall in case he/she does not bring original C.N.I.C, original Challan and the Admission Slip.

point 17.No candidate is allowed to bring Mobile Phone/Electronic Device/Written Material to the examination center.

yes, we have to send the documents along with the application form,
once you fill the online form, you'll be prompted to print it, which is your application form.

than along with all other documents,the printed online form ( application form ), and copy of challan, you have to send it to SPSC head office within 15 days of closing date such as by 18th September 2018.

Please do not give wrong information to candidates.
It is clearly mentioned on SPSC website in Apply Online / Job History print Form option that " For CCE 2019 Please do not submit hard copies of your online form"
