what if someone doesn't join the service? will the list be updated and next in line will be promoted upwards or the list will remain same irrespective of the fact that someone hasnt joined and left the seat vacant?

The son of SPSC memeber Mr Siandad Solangi, due to which Supreme Court took Suo moto action has once again appointed as Assistant Commissioner.

maybe he is competent.. alot of people have again qualified.

and may be he is not. The supreme court after finding so many irregularities had revoked the last exams including the illicit selection of SPSC member's son, obviously after getting the solid proof of not mentioning the interview marks on result sheet by the panel.

Nevertheless, it is a separate issue that i personally familiar with his extraordinary "abilities" and know very well how talented he actually is.

Therefore, end of discussion please.

For God Sake , don't misguide people on this prestigious forum.
Judgement of Supreme court is available on internet. Please take pains before making any contraversial comment. Please show us that there is name of Son of Saindad. There is even no mention of it. For God sake , plz don't spread rumours.
