on clicking the link you provided, the application is still showing 'under initial process'. Does it mean that my application is rejected?

I can't download my admission slip / roll number.
I went to the link given above but still can't get it.

It's not getting my nic number right when I entered it.

What's wrong here?
Can someone help?
