Default Age limitation
I want to appear in CCE 2020 as I am unable to register myself in 2019 attempt. My concern is that My DOB is 22-09-1989 so I will be 30years old by 22sep 2019. Will I be eligible for CCE2020?
Secondly is SPSC exams are fair in all means
?

You are not eligible for 2020 ,unless you are government official with two years continuous service.

Cut off date is 01sep of the advertisement year.
