SUBJECTIVE 50%
ANALYTICAL 15%
ENGLISH 15%
BASIC IT SKILLS 15%

Dear is experience necessary for these? As application form mentions nothing about experience like it doesn't ask us if you have one year experience while it asks 3 questions which if answered YES then we can apply.
