Bro, this has been done to provide equal oppertunities to all the residents of Sindh. Otherwise, most seats would be occupied by urban domiciled candiadtes as they can get high score. And rest of candidates from far flung areas would not be able to secure a job.

it is good but yar ruler area candidate can get more seats take example of css exam
