There is no separation of male female vacancies UC wise list of PST so how can we know that the position is vacant in our UC is for male or female?

ap ka kon sa districit hay , magar larkana district main hst general ki 5 vacancies hay yaaha per pas 274 hoye hain, jo top per 5 log hay us ki selection hogaye hay .yaha per last seat 84 marks per gaye hay ,baki sb rehgaye hain, Hst sceince main 43 vacancies jaha sirf 7 candidate pass hoae, hst science main kafi vacancies pari hay , hst general walo ko science main nahi select karehay , kisi or districit main kia policy hay please share karen

In fact I not BCS but the person who is selected prior to me on general seat is BCS and I am an MBA in Finance so it means that I am the rightful person for that seat and he being 16 years science degree holder is ineligible for that seat hence I should fight for my right. Is it true sir?
