Injustice with JSTs and PSTs in the guise of uc-need based vacancy position

Though the exams for the requirtment of jsts and psts etc have been held fairly, yet an attacked has been made on the marit/justice in the guise of need based vacancy position.just look into the list of u-c wise vacancy issued by RSU today,a number of jsts sci/gen candidates have been stripped off their rights, only because of no vacancy in their living USs.what is the sin of those candidates who even obtained highest marks but had been cut off only because of no vacancy in their specific areas of the city in which they live.some UCs are blindly filled with so many vacancies while the rest are made empty without any fair reason.even 10 percent taluka marit can not survive them as the passing ratio is higher than vacancies.is it not injustice?

Brother this is fair, otherwise candidates from well literate districts or UCs will grab all the seats at the cost of poorly educated areas. This is being followed in provincial as well as federal level. had there been no quota system, candidates of the Punjab would have grabed all the seats in federal jobs. So please stay calm and let the deserving candidates get the seats of their respective UCs.

i opologize in advance if you are offended.

you are wrong brother

if the division of quota has been made in order to secure the rights of those candidatdes who live in the backward areas, then the distributions must be made equally at least.but the case is absolutely opposite.my two friends who live in u.c 4 of district shikarpur(an outside and backward area of the city having no secondary school)have obtained 83 and 79 %marks respectively, but they were shocket to se no vacancy for JST General in their uc.on the contrary, some other UCs,for example UC 6 consists of 2 high school and locates in the richest area of the city, contains 6 seats for JST Gen.
Can u tell me brother, what is their fault?is it that they were habitants of an uneducated society having neither a minister's house nor any high or secondary school?plz...tell me,what is their fault...reply must ! Lets,we raise honestly a voice for pure marit at leat.don't we...?

it is none of their fault, nor we should stop raising voice against the all injustice is being done by Sindh govt for selling jobs.

however, brother simple answer of your question is that if your friends really feel unjustified then go to the schools of their respective areas and find out if seats are vacant and have been deliberately left.. and also visit those schools where more seats are announced and check if they are announced to fill the favorites of polititions?

lastly, appointments will clear all your doubts about these jobs. i hope all will be well once the deserving candidates will take charge of their assignments.

Actually these vacancies were reduced or increased by RSU.It did it by judging the numbers of schools and teachers(already appointed in UC),it in any UC the number of schools and teachers are equal or more then in that UCs vacancies were reduced, where the number of schools are more and less teachers there vacancies were increased. Therefore it is logical distrubution and no injustice was done by RSU.

distribution demands equlality

Dear bozdar,in almost all the public laws, quantity demands equality among the people not among the schools.I know, this division has been done logically keeping in view the vacant seats in the certain schools, but this uc-based division has heither to ignored the social, geographical and economic status of the people.there are many UCs or villages in which middle or secondary schools are almost disabled/uncreated/stoped/distrubed/filled with corrupt staff etc.people of those areas send their children to the nearby cities or othes UCs.now, the candidates from these backward areas are disappointed to see no vacany in those UCs despite the fact that they have obtained higher marks in that particular u.c.Every uc must have at least one reserved seat for every category of the teacher.but look into the list,u would find many UCs having zero seat.I think, all the seats should be divided equally among all UCs in order to avoid this imbalance which has been marely made on the basis of Head Masters' reports most of whom even don't know the classified difference between a science and a general teacher.
