Yes you can opt, its clear from the instructions, I opted both these subjects in PCS-2008

My younger brother's age is 20 years and 4 months is he eligible for CCE? He has completed the B.A in this year and degree will be awarded in the month of december 2013.

Sir Allimallah and other members, I want to take only combine now. As I have already taken CSS-2013 but it was not a good attempt. I have only last attempt now. So I don't want to fail it. I want to skip upcoming attempt of CSS-2014. My age is 12 April, 1987. If I skip coming attempt, then can I take CSS-2016's attempt.

Dear dms672, you won't be able to give 2016's attempt because at it's cut-off date([B]31st-dec-2015[/B]) you will be [B]28 years, 8 months, and 19 days[/B]..... but you can skip 2014's attempt and your last attempt would be possible in 2015.... at its cut-off date([B]31st-dec-2014[/B]) your age will be [B]27 years, 8 months, and 19 days[/B]... so you can skip coming attempt but 2015 will be last chance for you like me.....
