Dear edoeducation, the application form of PCS-2013 is the same that is used for general recruitment purpose and optional form of PCS is to inquire your choice of optional subjects and choice of preferences along with your admit card. So don't worry go to following link download all the forms listed at top-right corner..

its been observed that a lot of seperat threads are being started for same type of questions. i would suggest that 5 fresh posts may be started for discussion regarding sujbects that fall in the respective groups "A" to "E". furhtermore, one post for books suggestions may be contiued and one fresh posts may be started for tips sharing.
