Now it is my answer copy, how to solve it, should I only write its meaning which is (b) Night Club, and the use the word night club in my own sentence or should I use the original word which is discotheque in my own sentence: I really don't understand how to solve this question. CSS paper is much much better and easier than PCS combine. Please help me out how to solve it.

you will have to make adjective of the given word first then use it in a sentence, e.g.
