when you will receive offer letter, you will be asked to submit the medical and police report. after 2,3 months YOU will get joining letters.

Assalam-o-alikum, I think joining start from the day when you submit the acceptance letter along with medical and police report. They will issue the appointment/ posting letter after 2 to 3 months.
