ASI interview preparation
Dear all successful candidates here i am sharing with all of you my interviews experience at ISSB malir cant for PMA long cource (2nd lieutenant).
During last year I have given six different interviews in my overall two issb’z in front of deputy presidents, GTOs, and psychiatrists, what i wanted to say that interview is all about appearance of candidate no matter how he\she is intelligent in academics because examiners have already measured your academics strength in preliminary tests. The interview conductors may asks simple basics questions about GK, quick maths, islamiat, pak studies, simple basic translations and of course info regarding their institute. What you have to prepare for interview is to grow up your confidence level. These are the simple tips and my experience of interviews in Pak army. I may be wrong but due to my waste experience of interviews in forces i can predict above said things. The interview of sindh police can be different from army but some how the interviews of forces are similiar to each other. If any other candidate also have given the interviews at ISSB then its my kind request to him\her that please share your experience too as we can prepare for interview ourselves. you can also get better experience for interviews through following threads http://www.cssforum.com.pk/other-com...b-experience.h http://www.cssforum.com.pk/other-com...interview.html wish you all best of luck regards asghar phulpoto |

Once I also took ISSB test. Brother, there is BIG difference between ISSB tests and ASI. We can not resemble them because both have different trends of interviews. I don't think so ISSB's interviews would help out in the interview of ASI. Simply, just cover GK, CA, about you, Police terminology and boost your confidence level thus you are done.

By translation wise you can say "diya" he but the correct sentence would be "I have taken the exam not given the exam"...If I am wrong correct me

Dear brothers! Exclusively is right. I also have studied in many books. Difference between the two words is that if you are a candidate for the post of clerk and NTS is conducting the test. in that case You are taking the test while NTS/ personnel are giving the test. hope you guys got the sense now. When you say that you are `taking’ an exam, it means that you are going to be writing one. In other words, you are going to be a candidate, an examinee. When you say that you are going to be `giving’ an exam, it means that you are going to give someone else an exam; you are the examiner. You are probably a teacher and you are going to give your students an exam. Source @exclusively if i am not wrong you meant to say that you have experience of being interviewed by ISSB.

in interview first of all they will ask to you that introduce yourself so you must get prepare very well for this very first step. after introduction they will ask to you some questions about GK, current affairs, Pak studies and simple questions about math (percentage, average, profit etc) like what is the 20% of 400? they may ask to you about translations like "Yeh road kaha jata hai"? and they will ask to you info about sindh police, they can ask from you that why you chose this field? and definitely many more questions like that
