Default S.P.S.C interview for the Post of A.S.I is merit or just formality.
When i enter in room for interview. The behavior and language of examiner was so bad. And most of my friends tell me that they are asking 80% same. What it show formality or seats are already choose for special candidates.

Zoheb read the minimum academic requirement (JUST Intermediate) for ASI. Obviously they cant "fix" 100% for their JIYALAS, but you can expect majority will be distributed in the name Bhutto and it is not unusual.

Secondly, I have no clue why do Chairman is taking personal interest in grade 9 jobs. ASI job interviews doesn't match his stature by any means.

dear friends its quite obvious that this time 60% to 70% merit will be prevailed specially in sukkur range because of chairman himself is conducting interviews of sukkur range the style of chairman was polite, humble and fantastic at all even he is giving you clue if you are wrong in your answer. i would like to say only one thing that personality matters a lot. stay blessed

Chairman cant take everybody's interview. There are three committees and he can make sure "insaf" for only one region. In marks list, other can and will manipulate because of jiyala culture.

brother you are right but chairman will provide insaf to all ranges as he is retired chief justice of shariat court and he know well about justice in Islamic point of view.

Just do hardworking believe in ALLAH , don't concentrate on rumors, their is nothing like that as u said , as we see current results in the tenure of new chairman , totally selections made on merit basis.

Well as chairman is taking interviews that is great sign there will surely 100% merit as seen recent results.

in the last stage and last part of interview,you people are discouraging to remained guys,please stop speaking about merit, demerit,let them everyone work hard,,and rest god knows better,,according to my assumption merit will prevail and selection of candidate will be made on his\ her written score,
