Dear no idea. There is a guide that you can refer to from Dogar publisher for GAT and few online resources. You can at least buy that guide to get started.

I have GAT preparation guide .. it seems quite tough ... do I go for any tuition ?

It's all upto you. I personally believe you can do it at home with all guidelines available on internet and books. Tuition for quantitative section may work if you are weak. I attend one such center for CSS preparation and they had great faculty involving current and past CSS passed candidates so it did help me a lot. Aap faculty dekh lega aur else aik dafa toh dekh he lega admission ke kar. Maybe it will can help.
