It is noted with profoundest sorrowfully that the Services Experts of Sindh Government forget the rights of general public adequately enshrined in Constitution of Pakistan's article 10, 11, 42 which guarantees equal opportunities to all and treatment of government on equal basis, even that they dont get the administrative leadership of province understood about the legal complexities which are supposed to be pratised in letter and spirit.
Contrary to Punjab government and its provincial Service Commission, Sindh Government has failed completely to ensure Good Governance, Transparency, fairness, accountability of office-holders across the board, just and fair-play and deliverance of primary services at gross-roots level. It is exclusively fault of Zardari-led government.
Whereas, what to talk of Punjab Public Service Commission, which conducts PCS/PMS biannual and general recruitments of all ranks/posts of Punjab Government. Vitally to explain, that there is no any selection committees of concerned departments to conduct recuritments, it is purely the domain of PPSC. Endly, the Governance is much better in Punjab than Sindh in all respects.
Difference between ppsc and spsc. It is injustice to compare the performance of spsc to ppsc.

1. 100% merit
2. No political interference.
3. No recruitment on the basis of selection committees.
4. PMS exam on regular basis.
5. Quick recruitment process.

No doubt the performance of ppsc is better than spsc.It is not injustice to compare performances of public service commissions of country. There is need to to drag away any political interference and any decision affect its performance. Moreover, recruitment process may be accelerated as deserved and poor candidates take job.

plz share your ideas in this regard.

no doubt ppsc has been playing vital role for ensuring of merit ,and panjab politician doesn't have share in commission but we have disastrous system of merit though we weep hundred year but our system will not get change .firstly we youth have no unity to change this lamentable situation of sindh. secondly our youth have no money to fill petition against these killer of merit ,if a youth fill petition against spsc or any other department ,but our court use to take large amount of time to give final decision ,thirdly the department and spsc use to not obey the command of court we have example of pcs 2003, 2008..the selling of job is now occupation of politician and their vote bank

I wish it can be corrected just by cursing. We can do it through little or no contribution. If we want so!.
