Like a question of ,what happened to Palestine resolution in UN Assembly, was putted to me. I did not replied in yes or no but elaborated it and they appreciated it, that i have command on topic.
i am disagree to you sir

questions are asked from short statement with authentic examples not to elaborate the history just tell ur opinion

mostly question are concern to ur field of education and the post u apply for and the future of your duty in the applied department

Sister no offense, you never told us about lecturer and assistant interviews, that’s why it’s news for me at least that you had two interviews before this ASI fiasco.

I think there is some serious flaw as well in your job selection. You must have a master’s degree (as you said you had lecturer interview before) then why you were trying for 14 grade assistant or a 9 grade ASI job, I have no clue.

Neither I am “well-wisher” of SPSC nor am I against that organization. Corruption is there no doubt but people get jobs on merit as well just look at Asghar, Javed, Nazish and other fells. There is no “andhair nagri chopat raj” except for PCS and mukhtiyarkars.

It was my humble suggestion for you that if you still firmly believe that SPSC is rejecting you doggedly then there is a whole new world in private sector. You should wait till your PCS written exam only then it will be easier for you to assess your standing, weak and strong personality aspects etc.

Go for your PCS and after that, start exploring private sector jobs and if you can afford get a MBA degree in HRM because its very easy for females to get an HR position in private sector specially in banking sector.

Wish you best of luck for upcoming PCS exam.

@ All

It is not all about a YES, NO or SORRY and I seriously believe that it is better to offer no excuse than a bad one. If you are skeptical about your personality assessment, emotional intelligence and leadership traits then all types of interviews will remain a nightmare for you.

First of all, try to remain calm and control your nerves during interviews. Panel wants to listen your point of view in detail so that they can estimate your intellectual level, they don’t want to listen Yes, No and SORRY. You are there to sell yourself, who will buy an impaired commodity? Plus a couple of SPSC interviews are enough to get an idea about your future prospects with SPSC. Either stuck with it or leave it once for all.

You will get three types of questions. First related to your job by your subject/job expert. Second, short to the point questions and a couple of descriptive questions where you can speak more and should do a taqreer. Always remember, job/subject expert have lesser mark proportion as compare to your GK analyst (main member or chairman), probably 30% and 70% respectively.

And lastly, it was and it is my humble suggestion to all the forum members, do not post your interview experiences before interview results for the reason that it will reduce your chances in final list. Get a job and then post your interview story.

Wishing you all best of luck for upcoming PCS.

Regards,
Raheel
