Our dear friends quotes from teachers that paper was easy.It may be,but even professor who set the paper could not write well.Could he/she tell us what was the importance of Q NO 7.Moreover two more questions 4 and 6 were not clear to understand that what is being asked.so best of luck because you have done well in spite of such flaws in the paper.

true. question no.7 is purely research type question. it is nowhere found in any book. spsc needed phd holders in economics, not graduates. all aspirants are requested to write a letter to officials of spsc to record their protest. i have already written.

what is the answer for problem of demand elasticity?

why irrelevant discussion? It was well-set paper, according to the standards of SPSC. I find it moderate in terms of difficulty, as I am working as lecturer of economics myself. Though it was out of our expectations. I solved only 5 questions only to my hearts content. One question I guessed.

No doubt, the paper you faced was difficult, but you can not object SPSC or FPSC on the ground of difficulty of papers. They are allowed to ask questions of any difficulty. I do not emphasize this but sorry to say this is their policy, and i am afraid you will not get positive response from SPSC on this matter.

Discussion is better dear.You are saying you are lecturer of economics for you must hold master or 16 years of education,while the exam is for graduates or 14 years of education.You attempted good you will fetch good marks.we even do not quit and I hope i would fetch good marks too.I also challenge one can not write comprehensively on 4,6 and 7 NO questions.

i still cannot understand the question of elasticity.
you are still satisfied despite attempting only five questions with one doubtful question of elasticity!!! you are a lecturer, you should have attempted 6 questions with 100% accuracy
it was not a wel set paper, it was imbalanced. it tilted towards macro economics only

spsc has prescribed syllabus aa that of graduation level. but this was eveb beyond masters level. we can ask spsc on this ground

what is answer of question no.8? what is meaning of public ownership? does it refer to socialism or present ownership of institutions by govt?
