PCS COMPULSORY PAPER 2008
ENGLISH ESSAY PAPER:
Write an ESSAY on any ONE of the following topics:
1. What is wrong today won’t be right tomorrow.
2. If you have one finger pointing at somebody, you have three pointing towards yourself.
3. Ambition without talent is a car without engine.
4. The role of public opinion in democracy.
5. Our Society needs more: Education or Technology.
6. Man is the architect of his own fortune.

The Essay paper was much easy and I wrote essay on The role of public opinion in democracy and qualified the written as well as interview but couldn't get allocation.

This is the paper of PCS 2008 by SPSC held in April 2009. After that no PCS has been held by SPSC. Thats why I couldn't understand that how PCS 2009 paper was easy.....?
