Punjabi and environmetal science is easy to me but I am much confused in Physics as well as muslim law. Go for IR instead of physics. International law is more scoring I guess and it's easy. But Muslim law is also not a bad choice. Go through the syllabus of both and then judge which to opt. Further, skip town planning and opt Gender studies or public ad. Town planning demands an engineering background.
