Well, regional languages have always been scoring since many years. Public admin is a good optional and can land you at 70 + as well. But, if you take a glimpse over this year paper of public admin, then it was very research based and a bit technical as well. Punjabi is an evergreen optional and absolutely safe to opt. Coupled with interest and hard work, you can secure handsome marks in it.
I myself a cutter Punjabi
but, I never have had its taste because I didn't find it reasonable for me. for me. However, if you aspire to appear next year and have an interest in it then you should opt it.
