Dear brothers .

I am beginner aspirant of CSS. I am going to share personal view. I have met many CSPs who show arrogance to failures . Failing in any exam does not mean that some one is dull . May be some failures are more genius then toppers of PCS2013 or CSS .
Bill gates , Albert Einstein, Edison and many other personalities once failed in their life .My close relative also failed in this exam .He is very genius but lazy person . He has been position holder in university . He used to open books in exams night .
