Hi, don't know if this will help but anyway my test centre is RAWALPINDI POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE, OPPOSITE RAWALPINDI MEDICAL COLLEGE, N-E 273, TIPU ROAD, RAWALPINDI. So maybe try going there early to explain the situation, hopefully they'll let you sit in this test centre. Good Luck!
