Dear, this advertisement is published by said ministry not NTS. Please people stop blaming NTS now. NTS waits for the orders of their clients in every step of recruitment. When lists are prepared they wait for the order of their client to order them to conduct the test. If client does not reply for conducting test then NTS waits for that. Now as DEAD has clarified that after upgradation of ministerial staff posts , NITB courses are required so they did not know whether these courses are required at the time of application or after selection that's why Establishment division asked them to clarify all the advertisements published after 1st july,2016. Now they have clarified that so they have published advertisement again. No need to worry.
I also missed the chance in Dec and would now apply for Assistant.
