I have appeared and cleared the psychometric last year. Faraz K Afridi has perfectly summarized the test for you guys. Some other things to keep in mind:

1. Always stay positive. Even if the picture or word has a negative connotation, you should make something assertive out of it.

2. Be honest in your answers. Don't try to bluff otherwise it will be your own loss. A question may be repeated multiple times using different vocabulary. If you choose one option in the first one and another in the second, game over.

3. Time management is key. Try to be as fast as possible but also accurate at the same time.

4. Don't worry if you are unable to complete a portion. You are not supposed to complete the test rather give the accurate answers. The test is designed as such that one is unable to complete it. If you try to complete it in between the transition time, it means you have cheated. Your run for the position ends here.

5. Keep calm. It is not a big deal. Just stay focused and have faith in your abilities.
