The selected candidates are doing home work to file a review against the judgment of Supreme Court, the aggrieved party can apply for the review after Supreme court's verdict. Therefore, the game is not over yet. But this is apex court's ruling it is not easier to get review on every verdict because it is the top most appellate court.
The Chairman and members were not eligible to hold their positions this is the major minus point beside other discrepancies if any.
Review will go to the same bench, but if the larger bench is constituted then it will be heard in that bench which can be headed by CJP.
