What I can confirm is that around 24 out of 30+ ADs and 44 out of 64 DADs have joined. Those who could not join will be waited for till monday, after that these selected candidates will not be able to join.

I have no idea about second list, but it didn't appear from the body language or clues of the receiving staff at NAB HQ that there is any chance of second list.
