When you deposit application fees of 500 rupees in NBP or SBP, the officials right challan No: with red pen on the challan, you have to insert that challan number in online application form.

You can submit an application to SPSC head office along with copy of your CNIC. They'll tell you your password of your account. You can not register again, as on single NIC you can register once.

Its not data controller, its deputy controller in civil defence.
