I take it you are not aware of what happened to candidates who took townplanning in 2016?
Very few passed the paper
Some candidates had over 750 marks combined but failed this paper and instead of topping written paper were eliminated as failure in one paper call town planning rendered their extraordinary effort useless
As a result very few people took town planning, upon my extensive research i could only find 2 people who took town planning as optionals in 2017 ce exams
P.s. Im not trying to criticize or influence anyone.
I just hope everyone choose the most high scoring optionals
